Returns & Refunds
At ChicSatori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned
- Personalized or altered items are not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your ChicSatori account and visit "Order History"
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form
- Print the prepaid return label and include it with your package
- Ship your return within 7 days of approval
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once your return is received
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as ChicSatori cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
